Will I receive personal attention, or is the Fantasy Footsteps Collective a course I complete at my own pace?
In the Collective, you'll receive full access to my modules, where you'll get to pace yourself as you make your way through my course that addresses how to move forward in your story from brainstorming to publication. You'll also receive access to my monthly Group Q&As, where you can show up live, meet other writers, and ask me questions about your story, your revisions, or any roadblocks you encounter along the way.
If you're looking for guidance, direction, and accountability, the Collective may be a perfect fit for you.
If you're looking for a great deal of 1:1 attention, on the other hand, you might be a better fit for my Fantasy Footsteps program—you can find out all about it here.
How do I know this course will work for me?
If you’re the type of person who doesn’t ask questions when you need help, and you don’t have much interest in growing as a writer, this course will not magically help you reach your goals. On the other hand, if you commit to things that matter to you, ask questions as they arise, and LOVE to learn ways to improve your craft, the Collective will be instrumental in helping you finish, revise, and publish your fantasy novel.
I’m wondering about finances. What does the Fantasy Footsteps Collective cost?
The investment is $99 per month. If you make 6 payments, you get to keep my modules, templates, and resources for life! If you don't find value in the Collective, you may cancel anytime—I just ask that you provide me with at least a week's notice.
And best news of all—anything you pay toward the Collective counts toward 1:1 coaching down the road if you'd ever like to pursue that option. So this course is a no-brainer if you're looking for a place to start and aren't sure how much support you'll need!
Will I be able to keep the materials from the course and use them as I write additional books in the future?
Absolutely! Assuming you've made all the payments as described in the question above, the video trainings, templates, and worksheets are yours for life. You’ll be able to refer to them each time you sit down at your computer and start a new novel. No more dreaded blank screen—because you’ll always have the direction and focus you need to get words on the page!
Do you work only with fantasy writers?

Do you publish my book and/or own any rights to it?
No and no! Your book is 100% yours. As for publishing, I focus mainly on the writing itself, but we’ll discuss publication and marketing tips, along with the best publication path for you. My modules will provide you with the exact paths toward self-publishing and traditional publishing. They'll also help you decide which option fits you best.
